The 54th Mitra10 store and the 26th Atria were officially opened in Kendari City, Southeast Sulawesi on Thursday, October 31, 2024, Southeast Sulawesi Province (Sultra) by Budyanto Totong, as CEO of CSA Group together with the former Acting Mayor of Kendari, Asmawa Tosepu, Andi Totong as President Director of PT Catur Mitra Sejati Sentosa (Mitra10) and Erline Totong as President Director of PT Catur Sentosa Berhasil (Atria).
